JOB SUMMARY 

The Intern performs a variety of department-specific responsibilities and tasks in a training capacity and on a temporary basis. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Performs work assignments linked to department/project goals 
• Accurate and timely entry of data into Elligo platforms 
• Collaboration with team members to assure complete of daily and corporate functions related to assigned study 
• Organizes and prioritizes work assignments on a daily basis, raising questions and issues in a timely manner 
• Performs functions efficiently within scope of authority as defined by the supervisor 
• Participates and collaborates with others on office projects as requested 
• Duties as assigned 
• Timely filing of expense records related to travel  
• Ability to travel  to complete job responsibilities 
• Ability to work / travel weekends as required for study 
• Duties as assigned by study team lead and/or Elligo leadership

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

• High School diploma with some college coursework completed in a relevant area. 
• MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
• Strong attention to detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS 

This position requires extensive travel during non-traditional working days and times. Additionally, this position may require the intern to work shifts longer than 8 hours to fulfill the job duties. 

TRAVEL 

This position requires over 75% travel to fulfill the job responsibilities.
