Elligo Health Research is currently seeking a Tech & Data Intern to assist our staff with day-to-day technical support issues as well data reporting. This position is based in our corporate office in Austin, TX. Primary responsibilities include: * Support including operating systems, business and office applications and other software * Support mobile & tablet Devices (iOS / Google / Android / and Windows) / IBM Lenovo laptops running Windows 10 / MAC laptops running iOS * Build and configure MAC / Windows laptops and manage break/fix services * Manage and support office equipment such as printers, monitors, AV equipment, etc. * Run and compile reports from various data systems * Perform data analysis using system dashboards, reports, or MS Excel * Other services and responsibilities as deemed necessary QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * Ability to support Windows 10 / OS X Laptop / Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 * Ability to boot/restart network devices and perform similar technical network services of low technical complexity. * Knowledge of video conferencing understanding and how to support connectivity using Apple AirPlay Mirroring and Microsofts connect, as well as teleconference tools such as Skype, join.me, WebEx, and Ring Central (VoIP) * Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues * Proficient in MS Excel with extensive knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros * Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail * Ability to think creatively * Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Highly self-motivated and directed * Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Exceptional customer service orientation The ideal candidate will be energetic, flexible, driven individual who has strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills and must have the ability to work independently in a professional office/work environment.
