    Summary of Internship

    This EHS candidate will evaluate existing defined environmental, health & safety programs and evaluate for taking the site to the next level of compliance, complete the documentation and training components to reach the goal. The position starts in May, paid working 40 hours per week through August. Opportunity exists for this position to continue through the academic year on a part-time basis to allow for class schedules.

    Essential Functions

    • Provide EHS support related to program development
    • Provide recommended program upgrades
    • Conduct site EHS assessments
    • Accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements
    • Specific tasks will be tailored to the EHS interns experience level and abilities
