JOB DESCRIPTION

Remotely support environmental health and safety programs for 14 distribution centers in North America including creating content for safety messages and completing permit applications. If possible, visit one or more distribution centers. Support onsite environmental health and safety initiatives for an office building by managing contractor safety program, conducting audits, participating in safety committee and supporting the facilities team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Working towards a degree in Occupational Health/Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Science, or related.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to present to groups remotely and in-person

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency with the English Language

• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations

• Commitment to working safely and contributing to a safe workplace

• Well organized and detail oriented
