The Business (Pricing Solution) Intern's duties will include solution generation, assessment library and administrative duties including project based tasks. Responsibilities Pricing/SolutionsAccurately produce price estimatesProduce thoughtful proposal content to clearly convey the envisioned solution throughout the proposal processIdentify opportunities to leverage various components of the ERT eCOA (eSolutions and Consulting) suite of tools and services to the benefit of our clients and partnersCreate and run proposed vs actual study implementation report, where the proposed study is compared to actual implementation and discrepancies are analyzed for potential process improvementsAssessment LibraryDevelop and maintain a database of eCOA assessmentsMaintain a spreadsheet detailing the assessments used for pricing Other Duties and Responsibilities:Support sales account teams in business-generating efforts, as neededProvides other support and take on other responsibilities as defined by team lead or team management.Performs other duties, assignments or special projects as needed. Qualifications Pursuit of Bachelors degree in psychology, biology, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. However, any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform job duties may be considered. Experience in a fast paced, multi-task environment; ability to work independently and under pressure.Exceptional computer skills (MS office suite minimum).Exceptional organizational skills.Excellent personal interaction skills, professional telephone and client interaction skills.Excellent judgment, attention to detail, communication and customer skills plus the ability to work as part of a team as well as individual contributor.
