    As an Intern on the LSG Group FP&A team, you will have direct exposure to several key members of the Life Sciences Solutions Group’s (LSG) senior leadership team. This position is responsible for providing finance support related to month and quarter-end close and reporting activities. As a member of the LSG Group FP&A team you can expect to have the opportunity to be involved with a wide range of challenging opportunities and projects. The successful candidate is intellectually curious, self-motivated, has a high level of attention to detail and operates well in a team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the monthly Finance close process and consolidation
    • Contribute to process improvement projects in order to drive efficiency in our processes
    • Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for the finance leadership team
    • Flexibility to work in a variety of areas and make contributions to the team
    • Bring new ideas and process suggestions to the team to help continue to drive efficiency
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders and peers to foster best practice sharing and implement continuous improvement practices across the organization

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar degree and graduating between December 2022 and June 2024
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen detail-orientation
    • Outstanding prioritization skills (strong ability to manage multiple and competing priorities)
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and financial modeling skills
    • Strong desire to drive continuous improvement activities
    • Superior communication skills
