45241 Job Description: Summary: The primary responsibility of this
position is to provide top-notch customer service to consumers of
Gorilla Glue and OKeeffes products, answering inquiries and concerns
received by phone, e-mail, and social media. Technical aptitude,
in-depth product knowledge, and a desire to serve are important to be
successful in this role. Duties: * Provide exceptional service to
consumers by listening and responding timely to all inquiries and
concerns. * Monitor social media platforms, answer questions, and engage
with followers. * Document each consumer contact in the Consumer Affairs
database and follow specifications for data entry. * Develop and
maintain an in-depth product knowledge to assist consumers with projects
and product selection. * Assist in creating brand awareness and
developing loyal consumers. * Monitor consumer feedback and report
issues to management. * Assist with Consumer Affairs administrative
tasks. * Provide backup support for Office Assistant including receiving
local calls and greeting visitors when necessary. * Attend meetings and
complete other duties and projects as assigned by management. * Must be
willing to work overtime as needed. Required Experience: Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma. Some college is preferred. * 2 years
customer service experience required. * Exceptional communication
skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent customer service and
interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to listen patiently and
remain calm in difficult situations. * Team player with a courteous and
friendly demeanor and ability to work well with peers and management. *
Ability to learn new tasks quickly, retain information, and handle
multiple demands. * Solid problem solving and decision making skills. *
Working knowledge of computer systems, including Outlook, Word and
Excel. * Experience with internet applications and social media
platforms. * Quick and accurate data entry skills. * Good attendance is
mandatory. * Other duties assigned by management. Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently
required to stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk,
hear, see and use repetitive motions. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee may frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds
of material, boxes, or sit for long periods of time, etc. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as
reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to
