    We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Insourcing Solutions team, located in San Diego, CA.

In the HR Rep role, you can do that by providing guidance and support for assigned contracts in areas such as retention, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition in ensure the integrity of the research.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO!

    In this role you will assist Operations management in interpreting and consistently applying HR-related company policies, procedures, and practices. You’ll partner with the HR team and Operations staff to ensure/enhance a positive, productive work environment and support retention of qualified staff. In addition, contribute to employee engagement efforts, assist site leaders in determining areas to celebrate/improve based on employee survey results and create action plans to address/eliminate barriers to employee satisfaction.

    Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing needs are understood and achieved; draft and/or edit job descriptions for accuracy and compensation assessment, partner with TA on staffing during open req surges. You’ll work closely with management to assess employee development, assist with assigning/communicating meaningful, measurable performance and development goals. You will work with employees and managers to provide guidance and counsel on routine work-related, disciplinary and performance issues, and conduct thorough unbiased investigations when required, seeking guidance from Supervisor as appropriate for more complex issues. Conducting termination/exit interviews and recommending actions based on trends is a part of this role, as well as, processing documents, TalentHUB transactions, and providing reports and performance metrics as requested. You may be tasked with conducting or participating in employee orientation, training on non-technical topics such as sexual harassment and diversity.     JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in human resources management or related discipline plus 2 or more years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. PHR-CA or SHRM-CP preferred. Must have a solid working knowledge of California employment law. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and influence skills, strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Solid computer skills and HRIS systems experience required. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
