The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is a regional planning agency that serves local member governments, to include counties, cities, school districts and special districts within the North Texas region.  This Request for Qualifications is an effort to solicit qualified individuals that can provide instruction to local government individuals.

Required Skills

Instructors must be able to communicate effectively to their audience, be comfortable with public speaking, be able to stand for durations of time, engage with the customers in a way that will edify their experience, and have some basic presentation skills.

We offer as resources: a lab top or computer, a clicking device that can be used with a PowerPoint presentation, and a projector; Instructors must be comfortable with these basic technological resources with minimal assistance provided.

Required Experience

The instructor must have the basic requirements and background needed for the industry he or she serves within. The instructor’s resume should lend itself to being educated and experienced within the subject matter he/she plans to instruct.
