    POSITION:

    MSA is looking for an enthusiastic high school student to join our company temporarily. Our Baraboo, WI office is looking for a temporary Clerical Office Assistant for the summer of 2020. Hours are variable, but are likely to be between 20-40 hours per week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in the compilation of funding source materials
    • Provide financial assistance for applications for local communities
    • Duties to include filing, copying, collating, data gathering, organizing, data entry

    Required Skills Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ideal candidate will be a Junior/Senior level high school student or Freshman/Sophomore level college student
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
    • 2.75 GPA minimum required
    • We are seeking someone who is flexible, accurate, reliable, and an effective team player
    • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
    • Excellent organization skills and strong aptitude for attention to detail.
    • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving IT equipment and software related issues. Experience with proprietary financial systems desired.
    • Proven customer service/support experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to work individually and within a group.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
