KITCHEN STEWARD (DISHWASHER)

The Lied Lodge & Conference Center/Arbor Day Farm is looking for a professional who will thrive in a role where they will work in our dish room, serving as a support to our Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and line cook team members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Managing the dishwashing room
• All other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required
• Ability to stand for extended period of times
• Physical activity throughout shift (carrying dishes, loading dishes in and out of the dishwasher, etc)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• No prior experience required, we will train you to be successful in this role!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dishwashing experience or in another position at a restaurant

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time position with a varied schedule
• Must be able to work flexible hours, as well as evenings, weekends and holidays based on occupancy demands of the property.
