    KITCHEN STEWARD (DISHWASHER)

    The Lied Lodge & Conference Center/Arbor Day Farm is looking for a professional who will thrive in a role where they will work in our dish room, serving as a support to our Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and line cook team members. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, thrives on serving others, and is committed to providing outstanding service to guests.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

    • Managing the dishwashing room
    • All other duties as assigned.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
    • Ability to stand for extended period of times
    • Physical activity throughout shift (carrying dishes, loading dishes in and out of the dishwasher, etc)
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • No prior experience required, we will train you to be successful in this role!

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous dishwashing experience or in another position at a restaurant

    SCHEDULE:

    • Part-time position with a varied schedule
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, as well as evenings, weekends and holidays based on occupancy demands of the property.
