Job Description
Hourly Pay Range: $25.24 - $28.40
Hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
This position is responsible for payroll, hourly recruiting, and is involved with accounts payable and benefits related issues. Assists Human Resource Operations Manager (HROM) with various administrative functions.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Business field preferred.
Related Experience: 2 – 3 years of Human Resources, Attendance Tracking, Recruiting and Payroll experience and solid knowledge of basic federal and employment laws.
Equipment/Software Skills: Intermediate level skills in **** Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with human resources information systems and Applicant tracking systems.

Physical : Sitting, Walking, Climbing as required in a manufacturing environment.
