We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.

    Position Summary:

    The Human Resources Internship offers hands-on experience in a variety of HR areas. The HR Intern will work as a member of a cross-functional global HR team to support several different business and HR projects and initiatives. This successful candidate is collaborative, proactive and analytical who is capable of bringing creative and practical solutions to the HR team, Leaders and Employees.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting the HR team with deliverables on regular operating mechanisms which may include, monthly attrition, writing articles, analyzing data and proposing solutions, participating in Diversity and Inclusion taskforce, and talent management activities.
    • Actively involved as a member of various HR project teams to provide support and lend perspective
    • Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate the request to another team member
    • Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
    • Keep other team members apprised
  • Qualifications
    • A rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
    • Must model the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior
    • Must maintain confidential information.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and is adaptable to change
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Proactive and takes ownership for producing positive results.
    • Contributes as a valued team member and colleague with leaders at all levels.
    • Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning and personal development
    • Keeps commitments; exhibits candor and courage
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are essential.
