    Within the Human Resources function, our professionals bring expertise to several different areas including compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and development, benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, and more.

    In HR, we partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain the best professional talent. We play a key role in executing our company’s global strategy. Our responsibilities include talent planning, guiding employee engagement, developing, and mentoring our leaders, and providing tools, analytics, and expertise to our entire organization.

    Our Human Resource Internship is a 12-week summer program crafted for rising seniors majoring in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business with a HR concentration, or similar degree. Interns will be matched to a 12-week project based on their skill set combined with the business need.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    This Human Resources Internship offers hands-on experience in Compensation area. The HR Intern will work as a member of a cross-functional global HR team to support several different business and HR projects and initiatives. This successful candidate is collaborative, proactive, analytical, and brings creative and practical Compensation solutions to the HR team, Leaders, and Employees.

    You’ll benefit from our shown dedication to help you develop your skills, both through project work and guiding businesses through change processes. You can advance both laterally and upward through our wide variety of businesses and divisions across the globe.

    HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?

    • Full time student completing bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business with a HR concentration, or similar degree between December 2022 and June 2023

    • Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher

    • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in the HR function

    • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    • Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability

    • Must model the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior

    • Must maintain confidential information

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and is adaptable to change

    • Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning and personal development

    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills are essential.

    • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other common MS Office applications.

    • Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization (forms of CPT and OPT are restricted work authorization)
