We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.

Summary of Internship

The selected Intern will work with the PMO Leadership team on initiatives related to the ETO PMO 2.0 program. Some aspects of these include PM Database, PM Dashboard, PMF Training Courses & Certifications, PM Intake Process, etc.

The Intern will be responsible for coordinating/facilitating the various initiatives in addition to being accountable for completing a couple of them by gathering information and working closely with the PMO team. The position starts in May or June, paid working 40 hours per week through August.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for charting out plans to accomplish the assigned tasks
• Responsible for driving the data quality of the PM application/s
• Responsible for Training documentation/eLearning’s related to PMO processes and governance
• Responsible for reporting out on assigned tasks as needed
• Drive and document the initiatives of the ETO PMO 2.0 program
• Create eLearning PMO Training & Certification program
• Lead the data quality of the PM applications and its resolution

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated, team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent working knowledge of common IT applications/systems.
• Knowledge of interactive training applications is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for driving execution at a detailed level
• Prior experience creating interactive training presentations/videos is desirable.

Education Level:

• Pursing a Master’s Degree in IT Computer Science or Information Systems
