    Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Locations US-MA-Billerica | US-MA-Billerica Posted Date 2 days ago (7/11/2018 9:02 AM) Category Human Resources Position Summary The Talent & Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition life cycle and managing all HR aspects of the onboarding processes. This position will interface with candidates, hiring managers, and other employees throughout all levels of the organization. One key responsibility of this position is ensuring a positive candidate experience from interviewing to onboarding. Responsibilities Support full cycle recruiting administration processes. Input job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System and assist the recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the life cycle of the hiring process. Route requisitions for approval per established guidelines, manage requisition activity and status, route offers for approval in Applicant Tracking System, and close requisitions once the candidate accepts the offer. Ensure a positive interview experience for all stakeholders. Schedule interviews with candidates and the interview team, book candidate travel arrangements, reserve meeting space and conference rooms. Arrange HireVue pre-screens and live HireVue interview logistics between candidates and hiring team. Support and manage internal and external communications throughout recruitment process. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Applicant Tracking System. Provide timely assistance to applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers in the effective use of the system. Manage an effective coordination and communication process for candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources counterparts that will enable a seamless interview process, and an effective onboarding process. Support onboarding administration processes and prepare employee onboarding materials including offer letter generation, new hire welcome packages, new hire documentation management, processing of background checks, etc. Follow up with candidates on offer letters. Conduct reference checks as needed. Ensure all required pre-hire activities (completed background checks, new hire IT requests, onboarding communications) are scheduled and completed to ensure a timely start date and new hire processing and escalate any related issues accordingly. Provide employment related documents for personnel file including resume, offer letter, new employee required forms, policies, certification forms and paperwork. Support administration of the Companys co-op and internship programs. Support coordination of company hiring events, including hotel reservations, shipping materials, and other tasks as assigned. Reconcile, review, code, and process all recruitment related invoices and candidate expenses for reimbursement. Initiate and process purchase orders for applicable expenses. Assist in the administration of the employee referral program partnering with payroll to ensure employees receives referral award in a timely manner. Perform other duties and support team members as required. Education and Experience Associates degree 2 years of experience working in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function. Preferred Skills/Competencies: Bachelors degree and administrative experience in a recruiting, staffing or HR department preferred. Able to manage multiple priorities, think tactically keeping the big picture in mind, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity. Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change. Strong computer skills and technical capabilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and an applicant tracking systems /HRIS (iCIMs, Workday, Brassring, etc).
