HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The program prepares participants for roles of growing responsibility through assignments, structured learning, learning technology/tools through assignment of work and formalized feedback. You will have the opportunity to harmonize with the leaders of eSignature platform under the Customer Experience (CX) wing of the Enterprise Technology Organization (Shared Service IT Org) along with Senior IT leaders and participate in various key eSignature initiatives and its expansion projects.

The internship program offers participants an outstanding chance to create results, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong company network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn the eSignature platform and tools through assignments and self-learnings.

• Actively participate in the operational maintenance of the eSignature platform including Support, Incident Management, Change/Release management activities, reporting etc.

• Work with the team members in assisting towards achieving common team goals.

• Learn the technology behind the eSignature platform, contribute to developing or configuring API applications, integrations, customizations for business needs.

• Create/configure reporting around key metrics (System usage, Carbon Savings etc) data of importance to leadership.

• Demonstrate good knowledge of working on collaborative platforms like Sharepoint, Teams and help innovative ways of collaborating with business users, helping newsletter contents, creating knowledge sharing through Videos of new features for business socialization etc.

SKILLS EMPLOYED IN THIS JOB WILL INCLUDE:

• Demonstrate a strong appetite in learning new applications/technologies and tools.

• Understanding of API’s and use of them in integrations, familiarity with tools like Postman etc.

• Demonstrated solid understanding of programming languages preferably Java/.Net/Python etc.

• Understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON data formats

• Good Understanding of HTML, CSS, Site configurations in Sharepoint would be an added advantage.

• Familiar with creating and configuring reports using common reporting platforms like Power BI etc.

• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and automation capabilities of it.

• Excellent Verbal, Written and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment as well as work independently

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be confident and comfortable with their programming skills as they will be used extensively.

• Must embrace team spirit and have strong interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science with demonstrated programming experience.

• Experience with cloud computing preferred (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).

• Exposure to a variety of operating systems and computing platforms.
