How will you make an impact?
In the CCG Global Business Transformation team, this Customer Experience Intern role will support critical strategic priorities and key initiatives to drive a better customer experience. Such initiative will include programs and projects related to creating a better customer experience through pricing, credit and claims, customer journey mapping, and engagement etc. This includes end-to-end transactional processes related to finance, supply chain, operations, customer service, technology, data and performance management throughout the organization impacting customer experience.
