Job Description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain the monthly QCR report.
• Issue Kloudgin Work Orders to field staff.
• Compliance List Maintenance.
• Update the JC New Taps & Service upgrades list.
• File Leak letters, 30 day follow up letters.
• Answer phone calls generated from other departments complete calls and relay information to field representatives as needed.
• Maintain Construction Road Opening List.
• Handle special projects assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Must be capable of learning and utilizing company software such as but not limited to UBS, Peoplesoft, and meter reading specific software Kloudgin.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
