What You’ll Do:
Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instrumentation (e.g. Agilent platforms)
Perform specimen extraction and sample prep (urine, oral fluid, serum, etc.)
Troubleshoot instrumentation and ensure optimal performance
Analyze, interpret, and validate toxicology data with a high degree of accuracy
Document workflows, QC/QA activities, and maintain compliance with CLIA and CAP standards
Collaborate with lab management and medical directors to optimize test menus and performance
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
1–3+ years of hands-on LCMS experience, ideally in a clinical or toxicology setting
Strong understanding of method development and validation is a plus
Comfortable with a fast-paced, production-focused workflow
Exceptional attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience with toxicology assays or controlled substance monitoring
Knowledge of laboratory regulations and proficiency testing standards
Familiarity with LIMS and data integration systems
