Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Toxicology Technical Supervisor to join our start-up laboratory in Irvine, CA. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the toxicology laboratory, ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the development, validation, and implementation of laboratory testing methods and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CLIA and CAP.
• Manage laboratory inventory, including reagents, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate laboratory performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Toxicology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a toxicology laboratory leadership role.
• California CLS license.
• Strong knowledge of toxicology regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS.

Salary / Shift / Benefits:

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:00PM (flexible)
• $60+/hr DOE
