  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate on-boarding and new hire orientation.  The position will coordinate recruitment logistics, and assist with maintaining the company’s applicant tracking system and background check process.

    • Manage contingent workforce process and interact with temporary vendor (schedule interviews, follow up w/managers and vendors, on-board temporary employees)
    • Ensure data integrity in Openhire applicant tracking system
    • Assist with conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
    • Manage background check process
    • Maintain picture directory and name badges for in-house employees
    • Assist recruitment process, including scheduling candidate interviews, creating interview schedule and ensuring positive interview experience
    • Perform routing clerical duties including filling, photocopying, faxing and data entry related to recruitment procedures
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
    • Other HR related tasks and duties as assigned
    • Maintain personnel and recruitment files
    • Generate new hire paperwork

     

     

     

    Required Skills

    • Minimum of H.S Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting or related experience
    • Proficient in MS office
    • Basic understanding of CA employment law and legal compliance issues related to the interview and selection process
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to organize, multi-task and manage calendars
    • Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
