Shift: Day shift (start times 9:00–10:00 AM), Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Temporary/Short-term, varying hours (from 1 day/week up to 40 hours/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking licensed California Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) to join a short-term temporary assignment. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible scheduling and hands-on laboratory experience. Candidates must hold an active California MLT license; CLS candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory testing and procedures in compliance with established protocols.

• Accurately document and report test results.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and quality control.

• Follow safety and infection control procedures at all times.

• Collaborate with lab staff to support efficient workflow.

• Travel to multiple work sites as needed (Encino, Beverly Hills, Torrance).

Qualifications:

• Active California MLT license (required).

• Ability and willingness to drive to different work sites in Encino, Beverly Hills, and Torrance.

• Experience working in a clinical laboratory preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Availability for day shifts Monday through Friday (start times 9–10 AM).

Hours & Flexibility:

• Temporary assignment with variable hours: some positions may require full-time (40 hours/week), while others may be 1 day/week.

• Monday–Friday schedule only.
