CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Technical Instructor to staff and assist with a U.S. Army contracted position providing Equipment Maintenance, Logistics Sustainment Training, and Exercise Support at the 88th Readiness Division, Directorate of Logistics, Fort McCoy, WI.

Specifically, CALIBRE will provide Technical Instructors to deliver unit-level and individual training to USAR personnel in vehicle and equipment maintenance in the 88th Readiness Division inventory. This includes teaching, instructing, guiding, or tutoring vehicle and equipment maintenance, including the upkeep, preparation for fielding, preparation for use in training, and preparation for storage after training. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with training candidate recruitment activities
• Develop course schedules
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate training and simulations
• Provide maintenance training for non-stock low density equipment to support Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives units (e.g., Nuclear Biological Chemical Reconnaissance Vehicle and Joint Biological Point Detection Systems)
• Deliver training on creating and performing work orders for field level maintenance and repair, updating, and ensuring repairs are completed and documentation in accordance with US Army 10/20 Standard

Required Skills

4 Year Degree of Equivalent

Required Experience

At least 3 years of instruction experience in Maintenance and Logistical Support Operations

Familiarity with the U.S. Army Reserve maintenance management principles and metrics
