DURATION: 18 MONTHS

LOCATION: REDMOND, WA

 DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for several Technical Sourcers! The need is for a large Engineering organization in charge of one the most prominent cloud platforms across the globe. As a sourcer, you will support hiring needs for engineering partners and teams that will comprise of primarily technical roles.

 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Identify key talent to help shape and support multiple engineering teams
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Create effective sourcing strategies
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates
• Provide high levels of customer service

Qualifications

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST BE LOCAL IN THE SEATTLE AREA
• Have at minimum 1-2 years of sourcing experience, preferably technical
• Good understanding of Boolean logic
• Must have a strong “voice” and be a good representative and can evangelize various technical groups and profiles
• Can pick up internal tools quickly and have a willingness to grow and learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent computer skills, with experience in MS Office products
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Excellent planning, prioritizing and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
