    Job Description: The client’s vision is to continue to grow into the top automotive entertainment brand in the world. We are currently looking for an experienced Producer to join our Live team, working with our development team on our live service, preview program, and team playtests. Producers at the client are excellent communicators, problem solvers, and collaborators. We provide clarity and empower teams to make experiences players love. We are also pragmatists, process creators, and schedule owners.

    Typical Day in the Role

    • A Producer is accountable for the team’s process for online services.
    • Scrum Master for the Live team on the Client’s gaming team.
    • Drive feature team through the sprint planning process other planning
    • Maintain project management data in Azure DevOps.
    • Create and maintain the schedule for the development, planning, and programming of the live service.
    • Ensure the team is on track with their deliverables and communicate team dependencies to other team members.
    • Apply a customer-first mindset. Ensure that our player experience with the service is programmed and validated before releases.
    • Coordinate large-scale playtests for the studio.
    • Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members.
    • Identify risks and drive the team towards a successful resolution.
    • Use inclusive behaviors – ensure all voices are heard, invite input from multiple perspectives, resolve disagreements, and be brave.

    Years of experience required:

    • Knowledge of agile development practices.
    • Demonstrated experience working with online services or online games.
    • Strong analytical mind and experience working with project scheduling.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads to achieving production plans that work for all disciplines.
    • 2+ years of experience as a producer with a history of exceptional performance.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Resolves conflict and enables the team to do their best work.
    • Ability to manage complex schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner (sprint to sprint planning)
    • Understand working with an online event as you will be working with designers, test engineers.
    • Experience using task management tracking software experience like JIRA or azure.

     Degrees or certifications required:

    Technical background is a plus but not required.

    SCRUM certification

     Top 3 Must-Haves –

    • 2+ years of experience as a producer preferably in the gaming industry or similar online space
    • Demonstrated experience working with online services or online games.
    • Scrum master – experience using task management tracking software experience like JIRA or azure
