JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the biggest multinational-technology company is looking for a Security Program Manager. The Security Program Manager for configuration baselines must define settings for secure configuration of Azure Products and work with domain experts for security control areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create Azure Cloud security benchmark by coordinating with various security control owners
• Work with a variety of Azure Resources including Compute, Analytics, Databases, Management and Governance and other Azure Products
• Work with folks from Center for Internet Security team to review and publish the Azure Cloud security benchmark
• Create/Update Docker and Kubernetes benchmark for Azure and publish it for 1st and 3rd party consumption
• Update and integrate Windows and Linux OS with security monitoring baselines and Azure Policy Guest Configuration based on customer feedback.
• Validate/Test baseline setting before publishing the changes
• Work with Compliance and v-team team to review, update and publish all baselines
• Review baseline results for 1st party and identify action items and improvements for service teams to action
• Identify and track settings needed to reduce misconfigured settings in common images used in Azure

Qualifications

• Prior experience with developing/updating Security baselines/benchmark required
• Strong technical knowledge of using common Azure Resources including Compute, Analytics, Databases, Management and Governance
• Working knowledge of Azure Policy and Azure Management Groups is required
• Should have experience of working with Compliance team/auditors
• Security domain knowledge and understanding of security best practices for deploying resources in Azure is required
