Graphic Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months, with possible extension
Job Description: Performs some aspects of the following work: Designs sections and individual features of large projects for moderately complex print, multimedia, and/or online projects; and/or creates templates and guidelines for print, online, and HTML documentation models. Responsible for the construction of design compositions and basic prototypes. May design user interface elements. May oversee production artists. Must have strong visual design skills with the ability to design quality graphics. Excellent communication and project management skills required. Must have the ability to understand technology issues and communicate information effectively. Can translate tools and process requirements into a friendly business overview and or demo video.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the daily schedule of tasks, including supervision and modification.
· Develop engaging visuals across multiple training modalities (PowerPoint, video, emails, etc.).
· Create connected stories visually through an Instructor-Led Training deck.
· Create communications layouts, training decks, and videos.
· Understands the process of building an engaging visual that resonates with the audience (scripts, storyboards, outlines).
· Schedule and conduct content review/signoff with stakeholders.
Skills:
•1-3 years of experience
· Experience creating videos and other visual assets required.
· Exceptional design skills and should be comfortable visually explaining technical concepts to an end-user.
· Must have the ability to oversee and modify a schedule of tasks with minimal supervision.
· Vyond, Camtasia, Photoshop, and PowerPoint experience preferred.
