The Companys three late-stage clinical programs are: elagolix, a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist for womens health that is partnered with AbbVie Inc.; opicapone, a novel, once-daily, peripherally-acting, highly-selective catechol-o-methyltransferase inhibitor under investigation as adjunct therapy to levodopa in Parkinsons patients; and INGREZZA (valbenazine), a novel, once-daily, selective VMAT2 inhibitor under investigation for the treatment of Tourette Syndrome. INGREZZA (valbenazine) capsules was approved by the FDA on April 11, 2017 for the treatment of adults with tardive dyskinesia and is currently commercialized by Neurocrine in the United States. SUMMARY Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, this individual will support various marketing operations, sales operations, and market access projects while developing skills in working with cross-functional teams. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Support * Compile and develop comprehensive Nexxus 2018 email marketing campaigns timeline and project plan using SmartSheet tool to be used by cross-functional team (Marketing, Ops, IT) for campaign execution. * Create and deploy Nexxus email marketing campaign(s) and partner with Marketing intern to develop analytics reporting for Marketing * Marketing Initiative Project Management Support * Develop and launch Sales Expansion project plan using SmartSheet, including detailed timeline, key milestones, interdependencies and risk areas, which will serve as key project portal for cross-functional project team. * Sales Operations * Organize and distribute Ingrezza website inquires * Follow up on Veeva CRM support tickets with both Veeva and sales rep to ensure completed * Update current Onboarding and Offboarding check lists * Market Access Support * Run & distribute reports such as: Dispense History, Free Trial Dispense, Sonexus Referral Reconciliation, Aging Report for Pending Cases at Sonexus * Assist Payer Marketing Manager with the PRC process and payer marketing agency. Qualifications * Basic computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Powerpoint, Work, Excel, etc. * Hands on position, willing to contribute in a variety of capacities in fast past environment * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to quickly learn new information and communicate this to the right individual * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * Completion of coursework towards B.S.
