At each stage of development, our research was subject to the highest levels of scientific rigor, resulting in a new therapy that has advanced the state of spinal cord stimulation (SCS). The Nevro® Senza® SCS System received CE mark in 2010, TGA approval in 2011, FDA approval in 2015, and is commercially available in Europe, Australia, and the United States. Overview We are seeing a Marketing Intern to join the Sales Analytics and Planning team. Nevro is currently a mid-sized and rapidly growing medical device company, and this role will assist with projects related to the US Sales Team expansion. The Marketing Intern will help drive better analytics around the sales structure, performance, and adoption of key strategies and initiatives. Projects may include structuring analysis projects to gain business insights and/or assessing process improvements for ongoing business needs. The Marketing Intern will have significant interaction with the field-based sales force, and must work collaboratively across functions. Develop analysis and insights around key sales performance and strategic initiatives, looking for key trends and drivers. Assess process efficiency for regular reporting activities and develop plans and tools for improvement. Assist with other downstream marketing activities and execute agreed upon marketing plan in conjunction and consultation with sales, training, and product marketing. Role Requirements Pursing an MBA from a tier-1 school preferred. Prior consulting, marketing, medical device or healthcare experience a plus Skills and Knowledge Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised and takes action when issues must be addressed. Strong thinker and creative thinker who is intellectually curious. Sound decision making capabilities. Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, clinical & sales partners. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership.
