Our Talent Acquisition group is seeking a highly motivated and creative Recruiter to work onsite to help support our recruiting efforts. Required Skills Partner with Hiring Managers to help refine position descriptions and to develop a clear recruitment strategy Provide hands on support for the full life cycle of the recruiting process Emphasis will be placed on reaching out directly to potential candidates via networking, social media, utilizing internal referrals and the use of advertising on job boards. Required Experience BS or BA degree. Science degree preferred.
