Summarized Purpose:

Contributes to the achievement of financial and business objectives through accurate and timely reporting of revenue and costs for assigned portfolio of projects. Works cross-functionally with operations, contracts and proposals, and finance throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Functions

• Performs final reconciliation of project revenue and billings leading to the creation of a final invoice as part of the project closeout process.

• Responsible for monthly reporting of backlog and authorizations data. This will include the review and adjustment of inactive backlog.

• Completes monthly gross profit analysis.

• Participates in monthly calls with department leadership to review results and drive best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
