Swift Scientific LLC is an independent sales agency representing several product lines in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a part-time Marketing Associate to assist with data entry, data analysis, and outbound marketing campaigns. An ideal candidate is one who has interest in both the life sciences and/or sales and marketing. The associate will have exposure to a variety of technologies in the life sciences and opportunities to network with others in the industry. This position requires the associate to be field-based (remote or telecommute).

• Maintain data in CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Zoho)
• Analyze sales trends and provide insight
• Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns
• Expand prospect database
• Analyze the results of campaigns to optimize messaging and conceive of ways to improve campaign
• Respond to customer (email/phone) initial inquiries and qualify sales potential

• Interest in life sciences (coursework in Biology a plus)
• Interest in marketing and/or sales (coursework in Business a plus)
• Able to organize a large amount of tasks and data
• Solid writing skills
• Solid computer skills: Excel, Word, LinkedIn, CRM experience helpful
• Can quickly learn new digital marketing platforms
• Comfortable working independently
• Completed at least 1 year of college by start date
• Fluent in English
• Available 8-16 hours per week (flexible)
