Responsibilities include: * Assisting team members with assigned tasks in specific areas (may include website content updates, ROI/reporting on marketing and social media campaigns, website image selection and altering, Web page design, multimedia production and post-production, and email marketing efforts) * Attending meetings and other learning opportunities Education and Experience: * Must be enrolled in an undergraduate as a rising junior or above * Marketing or Communications major preferred * Exposure to or experience in website content administration, HTML, Google Analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively * Good project management skills * Good English and grammar skills, including solid writing skills * Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Strong research skills * Demonstrated maturity and professional presence * Eagerness to learn Working Conditions * Work is performed in an office or clinical environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. * Occasional drives to site locations. Potential Occasional travel required. Physical Demands * Frequently stationary for 4-6 hours per day. * Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. * Occasional mobility required. * Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck. * Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
