Job Description
This role will be responsible for supervising inventory counts; receiving bulk oil against purchase orders; ensuring that all manufacturing order and inventory receipts are done correctly and in a timely manner; reviewing inventory data; developing and analyzing reports; monitoring variances and presenting findings. A successful candidate is a team player who will continuously look for opportunities to make the team more efficient and effective, advocate best practices, develop and maintain operating procedures, keep attention to detail and use problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. Bachelors in Supply Chain or Business with emphasis in Accounting will be considered or equivalent education and experience.
Related Experience : 1 – 3 years of Manufacturing experience involving inventory and/or supply chain analysis.
Equipment/Software Skills : Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Advanced user of Excel (pivot tables, filters, look-up formulas) required. Infor M3 knowledge preferred.

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands for extended periods of time in front of a computer monitor and use a computer keyboard and mouse.
Sensory: The employee will also occasionally stand and walk. Close vision needed for working on a computer for long lengths of time. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, management, and other employees of the organization. The noise level for this position is usually moderate.
Mental/Reasoning: This position requires a great deal of learning, reasoning, and analyzing of departmental databases and processes as well as the ability to analyze, interpret and manipulate financial data to ensure accruals are properly stated and accounts are properly reconciled.
