Job Description
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, leads daily manufacturing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and builds a high-performing team. This role is responsible for overseeing plant performance, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet production, safety, and business objectives.

Qualifications
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ERP systems such as M3, RF/scanning inventory systems
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations supervision preferred, with demonstrated leadership and team management responsibilities.

Additional Information
Physical : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, walk and stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights all within a manufacturing environment.
Must possess appropriate sensory awareness (sight, hearing, touch, etc.) to respond to plant conditions, including alarms and environmental changes.
Must consent and pass background check and drug screen.
