PROCESS MANAGEMENT INTERN - COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP

Internship positions provide an opportunity for business, engineering and science students to get hands on experience in a marketing and sales environment.

Internship opportunities may include:

• Commercial and Sales Operations

• Process Management

• Channel Management & Analytics

Hiring Locations may include but are not limited to Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, California, Virginia, Oregon, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

CRUCIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop process maps and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Effective project management adhering to established timelines.

• Support the execution and data integrity of strategic projects.

• Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for various performance metrics.

• Maintain and supervise data accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PREFERRED MAJORS: Business Management or other related major

• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in business operations and analytics

• Strong leadership and team building skills

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team

• Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve

• Outstanding customer focus

• Experience with handling databases and SQL/SOQL is plus

• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and the Microsoft PowerBI system is preferred

• Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
