    How will you make an impact?

    As a Project Manager for our Custom Oligos portfolio you will support the business by delivering exceptional customer experience at every turn – from pre-purchase to post-purchase. Primary contact for processing all incoming custom project orders and inquiries via telephone and email. You work to provide specialized sales and product support to key strategic customers.

    What will you do?

    • Assist Technical Sales/Product Management by handling non-sales part of their customer interaction
    • Supporting Global custom Oligo portfolio and managing OEM opportunities.
    • Increase level and use of automation tools (customer portal)
    • Organize internal teleconferences with production or commercial teams on project strategies.
    • Coordinates customer teleconferences and provides timely customer reports and updates.
    • Handling and processing customer sensitive projects with “white glove” treatment.
    • Track and manage project execution, forecast revenue and key performance indicators in CRM/Project Management System.
    • Support or lead special projects (e.g. process improvements.
    • Respond positively to and expeditiously process all incoming telephone/email inquiries and orders.
    • Follow established service quality standards and adhere to SOP guidelines and processes.
    • Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments.
    • Provide required documentation related to each order to meet shipping schedules (i.e. material safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, custom orders etc.).
    • May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
  • Qualifications

    How will you get here?

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or related Life Science required
    • Focus on molecular biology or related area
    • Minimum required education: Bachelor degree and high school diploma/GED required

    Experience

    • 1-2 years of Commercial Project Management experience both customers facing and internal.
    • Applied technical knowledge of Product Life Management and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
    • Efficient in all Microsoft programs
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Lab Experience
  • Desired skills
    • Works well in a fast pace environment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills.
    • Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
