We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate on creation and implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

    • Assist with activities for Corrective and Preventive Actions, Nonconformances, and Deviations.

    • Participate in Quality Management System gap analysis.

    • Ensure quality documents are aligned to ISO regulations and QMS.

    • Support and perform internal audits.

    • Participate in third-party audits (Regulatory, ISO, etc.)

    • Support training activities of site personnel on Quality procedures.

    • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications

    • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a STEM-related bachelor’s degree (science, technology, engineering or mathematics)
    • Organized with good communication skills
    • Communicate openly with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Detail-oriented and accurate
    • Strong ability to manage projects and work requirements
    • Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work as a team player and/or independently
