    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collect and maintain metrics regarding the current state of Carlsbad’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) accuracy.
    • Compare CoA content to the SPC database, ensuring CoAs are updated and accurate.
    • For COAs found to be inaccurate, work with Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Engineers to determine correct specifications, submit Engineering Change Controls (ECRs) to address identified changes, and follow up with Document approvers (as needed) to ensure timely correction of identified errors.
    • Drive actions to build capability for upload of all site CoAs to the web.
    • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursing a STEM-related bachelor's degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
    • Must be able to work independently taking general concepts and direction to produce desirable compliant outcomes.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to function effectively in a global, multi-site organization.
    • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work as a team player and/or independently.
    • Detail-oriented, organized and accurate while maintaining a vision of the end result.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
