Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Location: Medford, OR
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (8 or 10 hours) – 1st & 2nd shifts available
Salary: $33.91 – $50.87 per hour (depending on qualifications)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist to join our imaging team in Medford, OR. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and efficiently while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This role requires the ability to work with patients across all age groups and to perform a wide range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in diverse clinical settings.

General Job Duties & Procedures:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic exams for infants through geriatric patients.

• Conduct fluoroscopy procedures, ED imaging, inpatient and outpatient exams, portable imaging, and OR imaging.

• Ensure accurate positioning, exposure techniques, and image quality for diagnostic interpretation.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

• Follow safety and infection control protocols while maintaining compliance with department standards.

Equipment Utilized:

• Epic EMR

• Fuji Synapse PACS

• OEC C-arms

• Medtronic O-arms

• Siemens radiology equipment (3 X-ray rooms & 2 Fluoro rooms)

• GE Portables

• Fuji Portables

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of radiology experience in a clinical setting.

• Ability to work quickly, independently, and efficiently while producing high-quality images.

• Strong technical knowledge of radiographic procedures and equipment operation.

Licensure & Certifications

• ARRT(R) certification (required).

• Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license (required).

• BLS certification (American Heart Association, required).
