This internship will provide the successful prospect a mentored learning experience, and the opportunity to expand his/her classroom knowledge and skills within a professional setting. The selected intern will: - Collaborate with Lab 58 team members to build Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality prototypes These prototypes will be created primarily in Unity 3D. - Assist in the management of the physical lab space, equipment, and software demos. Additional Information This paid internship will be located in RTI's Research Triangle Park office, and will run from late August 2018 through mid-December 2018. Qualifications - Must be a currently enrolled student. - Must be proficient in: - Unity 3D - Mobile app development - Adobe suite - Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in VR and/or AR environments - Attention to detail - Strong verbal and oral communication skills - Forward-thinking, creative mindset - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
