Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Intern will provide support for the commercial organization by expanding the utility of our Business Intelligence application, Microsoft PowerBI. Manage the development of reports and dashboards that provide more substantial metrics for the organization and increase the selling time of our commercial organization. Microsoft PowerBI is used for reporting on pipeline health, performance against plan, and a measurement of productivity activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
• Maintain PowerBI and provide reporting support for the system and users.
• Develop automated data loads and schedules to ensure timeliness of information.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for various performance metrics.
• Maintain and monitor data accuracy.
• Establish measurements and targets based on historic and forecasted data.
• Support the execution and data integrity of strategic projects.

Required Qualifications:

• College undergraduate coursework in an analytical or information technology (IT) field (finance, engineering, computer sciences, data management, or similar).
• Basic experience with Business Intelligence tools.
• Proven MS Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with managing databases and SQL/SOQL
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and the Microsoft PowerBI system
