DUTIES: Monitor EnterpriseOne performance and architecture and maintain the J.D Edwards system’s reliability, integrity and recoverability. Establish and maintain processes and procedures for implementing and maintaining the J.D Edwards EnterpriseOne technical environment On-Premise and in cloud. Lead and perform Application Upgrade to 9.2 from the prior release using Simplified and Traditional Approach. Implement Monitoring Solutions using tools like Datadog, HP SiteScope, BPM, BSM, SolarWinds Develop ERP KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards using PowerBI. Lead, implement, and manage JDE Scheduling using BMC Control-M, Smart Scheduler. Responsible for building, developing, and retaining talent necessary to drive a high-performance team to support the company’s short term and long term strategic plans. Implement best practices and standards for new system rollouts as well as defining and executing the support methodology to ensure quality standards are met. Leverage solution knowledge, business experience, internal network and methodological expertise to contribute to the overall success of business processes and ERP system strategy. Architect, design and deploy highly complex Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and other automation tools. Responsible for ERP cloud solutioning and cost optimization using private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services. Responsible for developing and implementing a backup and recovery plan with defined RTO/RPO for key ERPs along with Execution of the Disaster Recovery Plan. Responsible for managing and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for ERP Systems. SUPERVISES: 8 employees (Systems Administrator I, Systems Administrator II, Systems Administrator III). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development or related field of study plus 10 years of E1 Application Administration/Security experience or related experience. Must have experience or knowledge of: OS Knowledge with Scripting expertise [RHEL/Windows 2008-2016/OEL,Powershell,Shell Scripts]; JDE CNC Core skills with Upgrade [Simplified /Traditional]; JDE AIS Mobility & Orchestration, JDE Localization, language packs and 21 CFR configuration, JDE Load Balancing using F5, JDE Monitoring using Splunk and DataDog, and JDE on AWS using [EC2,EBS,EFS,VPC,Cloud Watch,LAMBDA,NetApp]. JDE Process Automation using - UIPath, Python and Rundeck, JDE ERP KPIs and Metrics Reporting using PowerBI, managing JDE Security using AllOut Security software, and JDE Scheduling using BMC Control-M, Smart Scheduler; Strategy for JDE Tools Upgrade, DataCenter Migrations and Disaster recovery; and Performance Tuning and Scalability of JDE Applications, JDE Core Integrations using BSSV-RTE-DynamicJavaConnectors, and Creating Custom environments, pathcodes and Multi-Foundation. TRAVEL: Willing to travel up to 25% (US domestic).
