    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Needs & Analysis Strategy

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, job goals, and requirements for STEM roles
    • Assist in talent mapping & workforce planning projects for recurring and sophisticated openings where talent gaps exist within the organization

    Attract & Hire STEM Talent

    • Support full-cycle recruitment of leadership development programs and internship roles by partnering with talent management leaders
    • Set realistic recruiting goals based on supply, demand, research, demographics, and other fact-based criteria for comprehensive marketplace knowledge awareness
    • Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout their entire recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience

    Make Campus Connections

    • Lead and run campus recruiting events, and activities passionate about attracting students from a diverse set of backgrounds in STEM
    • Establish relationships with career service departments, professors, faculty, and diverse student groups on campus
    • Introduce/develop our brand, network with prospective candidates, and position us as the favored employer of choice
    • Maintain pipeline in ATS and CRM for statistical analysis
  • Qualifications

    HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?

    • 8+ years successful full-cycle recruitment experience as a technical recruiter preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Experience assessing and identifying the needs of Hiring Managers and developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies for university and diverse talent within the STEM fields
    • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
    • Experience in TA systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Kenexa BrassRing and/or Phenom People is strongly preferred).
    • Event and/or Program Management experience preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail and time leadership skills

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

    • Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills with an understanding of how to attract today’s leading talent through common technology and social platforms
    • A true business partner who can efficiently drive success and influence multiple partners
    • Demonstrated knowledge of regional employment law and equal employment guidelines and policies including the principles and practices of staffing administration including methods and techniques used in recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, and training
    • Understanding of relevant functional roles including candidate behavior, market trends, and how to apply your curiosity to seek and engage premier talent
    • Ability to communicate research findings to audience to influence the direction of the search strategy through methodologies such as talent and market mapping
    • Outstanding interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and agree with others to optimally coordinate activities and accomplish goals
    • Strong analytical skills with sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Results-oriented to ensure goals are met
    • Ability to travel up to 40% during peak recruiting season and work flexible hours when needed
