Design and fabricate custom test fixtures as needed to support engineering brake development. Support improvements in the organization of existing Engineering data. Communicate status of ongoing projects including identification of challenges and opportunities for improvements. Document lessons learned throughout the period of work for use in a final presentation to the broader SRAM organization. Requirements Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent engineering curriculum. Strong teamwork skills and a high level of autonomy. Working knowledge of basic hand tools and measurement devices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Experience with CAD is preferred
