    Job Description

    • Perform all forklift operations in a safe and efficient manner
    • Follow all company safety policies and protocols
    • Move and stack barrels and bins
    • Transport supplies between designated areas
    • Load and unload trucks
    • Champion WOW (Way of Work), the company's continuous improvement program

    Qualifications

    • 2 years of forklift experience in a cellar environment required
    • Forklift certification preferred (company sponsored training and certification)
    • Communicate verbally and in writing in English preferred, but not required
    • Must be able to perform basic calculations
    • Must have flexible availability for overtime or weekend work during harvest season (August - November)
    • Desire to learn and apply the Wonderful Way Values to our everyday processes

    Pay Rate: $19.60 an hour and will include potential overtime pay during harvest season (August - November).
