HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As part of the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) and Process Engineering (PE) teams, you will work with a senior level process engineer to build a platform raw materials data base and template platform planning Bill of Materials to assist in streamlining Thermo Fisher’s supply chain for direct tech transfer projects. These accelerated programs include drugs that treat cancer, rare genetic disorders, and COVID therapies.
The candidate will review our existing supply chain programs to help develop a platform raw material list to be used in our St. Louis Biologic’s facility, a $250 million dollar revenue site. The candidate will also coordinate generation of a planning BOM that will streamline our supply chain introduction timeline to greatly overcome the raw material challenges under COVID.
The individual should have a background in chemical or biomedical engineering, or related field and be familiar with MS Office and data base software.

This role will work directly with a pre-selected senior mentor within Thermo Fisher Scientific. This individual will act as liaison, mentor, guide, and coach through all aspects of training, project research, and the final report and SOP/template drafting.
Onsite (no remote work) 40+ hours a week is a requirement for this position.
