    Job Title: Co-Op, Supply Chain Analyst

Placed in the forefront of our leading and cutting edge Cell and Gene Therapy business enabling clients to cure genetic, rare, and otherwise untreatable diseases.

    The Supply Chain Analyst Co-op will report directly to the Supply Planning Supervisor, and will work cross functionally with the Supply Planning group. The Supply Chain Analyst Co-op will be part of a team supporting site scheduling, material planning and inventory analysis at Thermo Fisher’s Lexington, MA site. Job specific activities include developing tools and dashboards to enhance the tech transfer process at the site. The Supply Chain Analyst Co-op will support the organization with the following tasks depending on the project selected:

    • Drive process improvement in Material Planning team on planning tools

    • Develop VVS Lexington Smart Material catalog to provide robust insights on material availability and feasibility

    • Work alongside the Supply Planning team to create standardized BOM templates to promote a more efficient tech transfer.

    • Build Supply Chain dashboards to provide visibility to KPIs at site and network level

    • Present a project that will encompass system knowledge and/or significant innovation will be required at the end of the term.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Proficient in use of MS Excel

    • Strong communication skills

    • PowerBI knowledge preferred

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred (Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt)
