    SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP

    The Supply Chain Internship position provides an opportunity for supply chain or industrial engineering students who are currently pursuing a supply chain, industrial engineering, or like degree to get hands-on experience working with supply chain professionals in a fast-paced, complex, and ever-evolving global supply chain. The supply chain intern will contribute to supply chain related projects and advance best practices throughout the supply chain organization. THE POSITION STARTS IN MAY OR JUNE, PAID TO WORK 40 HOURS PER WEEK THROUGH AUGUST. An opportunity exists for this position to continue through the academic year on a part-time basis to allow for class schedules.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Active project manager for any number of supply chain-related projects covering such topics as:
      • Demand Planning
      • Supply Planning
      • Distribution Requirement Planning
      • S&OP
      • Supply Chain Data Analytics
    • Support above project with strong analytical capabilities to drive solutions around actual root cause resolution
    • Maintain project-related documentation for executive and team communication mechanisms.
    • Leverage supply chain knowledge with a broader team to generate solutions that achieve project objectives.
    • Learn about our unique supply chain through daily activities.
    • Accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements
    • Specific tasks will be tailored to the supply chain intern’s experience level and abilities
    • A supply chain intern works under the close supervision of supply chain professionals, project managers, and supply chain managers
  • Qualifications
    • Pursing a Supply Chain, Industrial engineering, or related degree (must be enrolled)
    • Previous Internship Experience

    To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
